After a Bo Levi Mitchell interception, Rice has taken a 42-20 lead. With a weak defense it is a lot to ask a Freshman QB to keep up with Senior QB Clase Clement and company. Clement has accounted for 316 total yards and 5 TD passes.
Now, at 7:31 minutes left in the 3rd Quarter, Rice’s Andrew Sendejo intercepts another Mitchell pass and returns it for a TD making the score 49-20. It might be a long 4th Quarter!
