UNT Game to be Televised
I got an email today from the North Texas athletic department, and it said that the UNT game against Florida International will be televised. It is being televised on “ESPN Plus as part of the Sun Belt TV
package.” Locally, it will also be carried on TXA 21. You can also catch the broadcast at ESPN360.com. UNT is opening Sun Belt Conference play against FIU who’s only win last year was against the Mean Green. UNT fans are hoping the opening stretch of games including games against LSU, Kansas State, and Tulsa will have the Mean Green prepared for Sun Belt Conference games. The Mean Green will enter the game without Sam Dibrell who was one of UNT’s best receivers. Dibrell left the team this week. This just another blow in a tough year thus far for UNT.

How do you see the Nebraska/Missouri game this week? Is Oklahoma St. in your top four teams in the Big 12?
John
I think that if Nebraska can get into a shoot out, as Pelini called it, they might make it interesting. I think Missouri’s offense is much more potent than Va Tech’s, so it could be really bad if Nebraska can’t get some stops. The Nebraska offense has to play better from the start if they want to keep up with Mizzou. They can’t wait until the second half to get going. Nebraska will definitely need the crowd behind them.
I haven’t really ranked the Big 12. I am interested in Ok State because every time I look at the scoreboard they seem to be winning. I don’t know if they are in the top 4 or not. I don’t even know if they are in the top 4 of the Big 12 South! I can’t wait to see how they do against some of the top teams in the Big 12. That conference is stacked.
